Johnny Carson died.
It looks like the “Betsey” daughter of Samuel S. BAKER of Exeter, RI, Halifax and Shaftsbury, VT., and Hebron, NY, is the only possibility that I have ever found that fits as a candidate for our Elizabeth BAKER, wife of my 4th great grandfather Daniel CHASE. Will order some Town of Exeter colonial records on microfilm from LDS and see if we can locate her birth record. We do have her date of birth exactly from Daniel CHASE’s pocket account book family record. Looks like a possible breakthrough. Thanks to several BAKER researchers that I have been in contact with lately.
